Eshae Living offers a selection of apartments and houses, including modern and contemporary studios, as well as 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom accommodations.

Our deposit policy allows you to secure a reservation with a partial payment if your check-in date is at least 14 days away. This means:

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking, ensuring your selected dates are reserved.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your check-in date (specific deadlines will be provided upon booking).
  • If your check-in date is less than 14 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking.

This policy ensures flexibility for guests while allowing us to manage reservations effectively. Let us know if you have any questions!

A security deposit is a precautionary fee to cover any potential damage or theft. It will be fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout.

No, there is no minimum stay—you can book for as little as one night.

You can book at any time, but dates are only secured with a 50% deposit.

Eshae Living Strict cancellation policy is designed to provide hosts with greater assurance of

income while offering guests limited flexibility to cancel their reservations. The key terms of

this policy are as follows:

Full Refund Eligibility: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 24

hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they

are eligible for a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are

non-refundable, and the host receives full payment for all nights booked.

It’s important to note that cleaning fees are always refunded if a guest cancels before

check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.

For stays of 28 nights or more, Eshae Living applies a Strict Long-Term cancellation policy:

Full Refund Eligibility: Guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking and at

least 28 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Complimentary breakfast is offered at our Manuka properties.

Guests at our other Ocho Rios properties may order breakfast for delivery from our Manuka Breakfast Experience menu.
